Essential Oil - Rosemary

(Rosmarinus officinalis)

purifying, clarifying

Rosemary oil has diverse uses in aromatherapy. Topically it can be used to treat muscular and rheumatic pain. Use in the bath or in massage oil is greatly effective for improving the body's overall circulation and is known to assist in relieving liver congestion.

It is used in aromatherapy by diffusion for depressive states with general debility and indications of cardiovascular weakness, but is also renowned for its ability to aide the memory and is particularly useful when studying because rosemary oil increases neural activity in the brain.
